Quote from service user: “You won't have to ask me did addiction's ring me lol when they do you will be the first person I phone. You have helped me so much you are the one I want to ring as you have been there with me, so it's a no brainer. Obviously, my mum will know, I will shout the house down but as soon as I know you will. Thank you so much for all your help, you have adapted many times to help me and my needs, that's really kept me out of prison. You’re not a support worker, you’re a wizard”.

Family feedback – “Thank-you for coming out to see us today - your empathy and compassion means so much”.
